I recognize that you already have established relationships with loan Signing Agents actively meeting your current needs. Yet situations can arise such as vacation, illness, and retirement, when those agents may not be available.
I would love the opportunity to be a notary in your rotation. If documents come in last minute or your current Signing Agents are unavailable, I welcome the opportunity to earn your business. I will happily drive an hour and a half or even two hours away for an opportunity to serve the need while forming a lasting connection with you.
No need to give the request to a signing service, I’ll have docs back first thing in the morning and I won’t charge you any more than a local signing fee!

- I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage office a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow or cause funding conditions causing costly delays. I work to ensure all forms, such as statement of information, trust certification or disbursements of proceeds, are completed properly. My job is to make YOUR job easier.
- I am never late to appointments. I always schedule appointments with enough time in between to account for potential delays to ensure I am not late.
- I understand that my capacity is to be an impartial guide through the signing process. I always ensure the borrower locates pertinent information within the docs and knows what they are signing, I know whom to call if there are suspected errors and won’t cross out and initial anything without your permission.
- I walk borrowers through all the important docs, such as the closing statement, note, deed, and CD. It is not my practice to just hand the loan docs to the borrower and say, “Sign here.”
- I will always ensure the dates are correct on the notice of right to cancel. I know to have the borrower fill in any blank fields and initial any corrections made.
- I know how to execute Power of Attorney (POA) signings. I’ll always confirm any specific verbiage with you prior to signing, whether the POA is to be signed with the designation of power of attorney or attorney-in-fact.
- I always know to ask whether the borrower is to print “trustee” behind their signature on trustee signings. I know some banks want it printed whereas some do not.
- I never miss the notary sections. There is nothing worse than having a Signing Agent who forgot to stamp their acknowledgements or jurats or forgets to fill them out in their entirety.
- I will always return docs immediately after a local signing if it is during business hours. Should the signing occur after hours, you can rest assured that I will return them to you first thing the next morning.
- I recognize that, when I am with your clients, I am an extension of you. I am always completely aware of that fact and will act accordingly.
- I can package loan docs for you in your office if you like. This is a value-added service included in my pricing. If I am not packaging documents, you will be. I want you to know that you can count on me to never just drop off signed documents without offering to package.
- I have a dual-tray laser printer and scanner in my office as well as mobile units. I can print docs for you in the proper size or I can pick up docs from you, whichever you prefer.
- I am available 24/7, including weekends, to take care of your signing needs.
