I never overbook appointments. I won't schedule appointments too close together. If I take a signing from you, I will always make it on time. I always factor things in like traffic that might cause delays.
I have a dual-tray printer and scanner in my office as well as well as mobile units to meet your needs. I always print docs in the same paper size as received.
If you require scan backs, I'll always scan as you request.
I am aware that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow or - more specifically - can make you look bad to your client.
I will do my level best to not miss any dates, initials, or signatures as I know that can lead to funding conditions.
I always make sure the borrower initials any corrections to the Notice of Right to Cancel. If there are any blank lines in the NRTC, I’ll have the borrower fill in the dates.
I always ensure forms come back completely filled out, no matter what forms are needed. Whether it’s the Statement of Information, Trust Certification or Disbursements of Proceeds or a PCOR. More importantly, I know how they must be completed, so I can guide the borrower through the process accurately.
I never miss completing the notary sections. There is nothing worse than having a Signing Agent forget to stamp their acknowledgments or jurats.
